Wine making

Conventional viticulture. Mechanical harvesting. Total destemming, Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, Destemming, Remontage. Ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, Blending, Light filtering. Sols argilo-calcaires.

Appareance

Garnet red colour, bold, deep purple highlights. Couleur rouge rubis moyen profond. Arômes de baies parfumées et sucrées avec un peu de laurier et de sauge. La bouche est plus légère, ronde et fraîche avec des notes de fruits primaires et une finale sucrée moyenne à longue.

Nose

Blackcurrant aromas, stone fruit aromas, arômes balsamiques.

Palate

Elegant, elegant tannin. Après une attaque souple et ronde, la bouche dévoile des arômes de fruits rouges, des tannins soyeux et élégants avec une finale harmonieuse.
